Returns & Exchanges

Here at Emel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Wrong size, not the right color – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right product! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return.

Please note that the return cost is the responsibility of the client and that to be refunded the cost of the shoe (less shipping), the following criteria must be met:

- all shoes must be unworn, unmarked, and in new condition

- they must arrive with all original packaging

- merchandise purchased online must be shipped and stamped with a date within 7 days from receipt for a full refund less shipping. We will verify this ship date (not the label date) and if items arrive to us outside of this return window they will be returned to the sender.
